Create your first bot
Generate a Discord application, paste the token, and let TicketCord take it from there.

Create a ticket panel
The embed users click to open a ticket. Style it, add buttons, and post it to a channel.

Decide who can see tickets, claim them, close them, and use the dashboard inbox.
