Your license is subject to compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's policies may result in immediate termination of your TicketCord license.

We are committed to providing equal access to our services regardless of technical experience level, server size, or community type, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
You may use TicketCord services for legitimate Discord server management, including customer support, community assistance, and automated ticket handling. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
Commercial use is permitted within the scope of your subscription plan. Enterprise customers may use our services for large-scale Discord server management and customer support operations.
TicketCord offers AI-powered features including knowledge base training, smart suggestions, and analytics. By using these features, you agree to the following:

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, TicketCord services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with appropriate notice to affected users when possible.
TicketCord's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We provide services on an "as-is" basis and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): Under EU law, consumers purchasing digital services have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, when you purchase a subscription on TicketCord, you are provided with access to premium features immediately after your purchase is completed.
Right of Withdrawal: If you reside in the European Union and seek to purchase paid services on TicketCord, you will be presented with a waiver to your right of withdrawal. This is because we provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase. If you wish to complete the purchase, you must agree to this waiver. A confirmation email documenting your consent is sent after purchase.
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial that allows you to evaluate our service before any payment is charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
Non-EU Customers: While not legally required, we extend the same courtesy to all customers worldwide. If you are not satisfied with our service within 7 days of your initial signup during a free trial, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you on a resolution.
After Purchase: Once your paid subscription begins (either after trial expiration or direct purchase), subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us at [email protected] with your account details.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms or Discord's Terms of Service.
Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data. We recommend exporting your data before termination. Refunds are provided according to the Refund Policy stated above.
We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days' advance notice via email and platform notifications. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Material changes that significantly impact your rights will require explicit consent. You may terminate your account if you disagree with any changes.
