TicketCord Terms of Service

TicketCord grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our Discord bot services under these terms. This includes use for applications requiring Discord ticket management and customer support automation.

Your license is subject to compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's policies may result in immediate termination of your TicketCord license.

TicketCord services are designed to assist Discord server administrators in managing customer support tickets efficiently. Our platform promotes accessibility and inclusivity for all users and communities.

We are committed to providing equal access to our services regardless of technical experience level, server size, or community type, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

You may use TicketCord services for legitimate Discord server management, including customer support, community assistance, and automated ticket handling. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

Commercial use is permitted within the scope of your subscription plan. Enterprise customers may use our services for large-scale Discord server management and customer support operations.

TicketCord offers AI-powered features including knowledge base training, smart suggestions, and analytics. By using these features, you agree to the following:

• Third-Party Processing: AI features utilize third-party providers (such as xAI, OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic via OpenRouter). Your ticket data may be sent to these providers for processing.
• Review Required: AI-generated content (Q&A pairs, suggestions, responses) should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• No Warranty: AI features are provided "as-is" without warranties. AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is used in your knowledge base or shared with your users.
• Sensitive Data: While we automatically redact sensitive information, you should avoid including highly confidential data in tickets that will be processed by AI features.

AI features are optional and only process data when explicitly activated by you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AI features handle your data.

Do not use TicketCord services for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating excessive fake tickets or spam
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Using services to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Sharing account credentials or bot tokens with unauthorized parties
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations
• Engaging in any activity that compromises platform security
• Violating Discord's Terms of Service through our platform

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

We take the security of your data seriously. TicketCord implements industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your sensitive information:

• Bot Token Protection: All Discord bot tokens are encrypted at rest using strong encryption. Tokens are never stored in plaintext and are only decrypted when needed for bot operations.
• Ticket Data Protection: All ticket conversations, user messages, and support interactions are encrypted at rest. This includes ticket metadata, attachments, and any personal information shared within tickets.
• Message History Protection: Ticket message history is compressed and stored securely. Historical data is protected with the same encryption standards as active tickets.
• Data in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Discord is encrypted using modern TLS protocols. We enforce HTTPS for all connections.
• Access Control: Access to encrypted data is strictly controlled. Only authenticated users with proper ownership verification can access their bot configurations and ticket data.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, TicketCord services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with appropriate notice to affected users when possible.

TicketCord's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We provide services on an "as-is" basis and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): Under EU law, consumers purchasing digital services have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, when you purchase a subscription on TicketCord, you are provided with access to premium features immediately after your purchase is completed.

Right of Withdrawal: If you reside in the European Union and seek to purchase paid services on TicketCord, you will be presented with a waiver to your right of withdrawal. This is because we provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase. If you wish to complete the purchase, you must agree to this waiver. A confirmation email documenting your consent is sent after purchase.

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial that allows you to evaluate our service before any payment is charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Non-EU Customers: While not legally required, we extend the same courtesy to all customers worldwide. If you are not satisfied with our service within 7 days of your initial signup during a free trial, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you on a resolution.

After Purchase: Once your paid subscription begins (either after trial expiration or direct purchase), subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us at [email protected] with your account details.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms or Discord's Terms of Service.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data. We recommend exporting your data before termination. Refunds are provided according to the Refund Policy stated above.

We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days' advance notice via email and platform notifications. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Material changes that significantly impact your rights will require explicit consent. You may terminate your account if you disagree with any changes.
