Short version: essential storage is always on. Google Analytics, Trustpilot, and marketing attribution load only after you choose “Accept all”. Stripe or YouTube may use their own storage when you open their checkout or embedded content.
Essential storage
These keep TicketCord working - sign-in, language preference, and remembering the choices you make on this very banner. They’re always on; you can’t use the Services without them.
next-auth.session-token(cookie) - keeps you signed in to the dashboard.NEXT_LOCALE(cookie) - remembers your preferred language so we don’t guess wrong on every page load.site-cookie-consent(browserlocalStorage) - remembers your choice on this very banner so we don’t bother you again.
Analytics
With your explicit consent, we load Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits and interactions. We also store privacy-safe first-touch and latest-touch marketing attribution in localStorage: allowlisted UTM fields, a referral source, and recognized advertising click IDs. Values are length-limited and filters reject URLs, email addresses, phone-like values, and other obvious personal data.
If you choose essential only, Google Analytics, Trustpilot, and marketing attribution remain off and their scripts are not loaded.
Third-party cookies
Third parties may use cookies or similar storage only in these situations:
- Google Analytics: loads on TicketCord pages only after you accept optional analytics.
- Trustpilot: loads only after you accept optional analytics.
- Stripe: may set fraud-prevention and checkout storage on Stripe-hosted payment pages.
- YouTube: may set storage when you load a page with an embedded tutorial video.
Your choices
Choose Essential only to keep optional analytics and attribution off, or Accept all to enable them. Your choice is saved in site-cookie-consent in browser localStorage. To choose again, clear TicketCord site data in your browser and reload the page.
