How to request it
Open Dashboard > Support. Under Your rights you’ll see the GDPR-defined rights we support (access, portability, rectification, erasure) and an email button. Send the request from the same email address that’s on your TicketCord account so we can confirm you’re you.
Aim is to reply within two business days. If we need anything extra to identify you, we’ll ask in our reply.
What we’ll include
- Profile - your account ID, Discord ID, email, username and display name, current plan, and account timestamps.
- Bots- each custom bot you’ve added: name, Discord bot ID, client ID, avatar, active status, timestamps. Credentials are never included; bot tokens, webhook secrets, and OAuth credentials stay encrypted server-side.
- Servers - the Discord servers your account has access to, as we last saw them: server ID, name, icon, owner flag, your permission bitfield.
- Tickets and transcripts from your servers - on request. Tell us which servers you want included.
- Knowledge base content from your servers - also on request.
What’s out of scope
- Billing and payment data.Stripe holds the source of truth - they have their own customer portal you can reach from the Dashboard’s billing page.
- Login history and IPs.We retain operational audit logs and can run a specific query if you ask, but they aren’t included by default.
The format
We send the export as a JSON file you can keep locally or feed into another tool. Easy to diff between exports if you want to track what changed.
