Where your data lives

In the EU, on managed infrastructure, locked at rest.

Your tickets, transcripts, and knowledge base entries live on European servers. Bot tokens and other secrets are encrypted before they touch the database. Backups stay in the EU on a normal rotation, and we keep a small audit log of who did what in the dashboard so we can answer questions if something looks odd.

A note on access: a small set of named staff can look at your data when you ask us to help with a specific problem. Otherwise, we leave it alone.

  1. A copy of your data

    Tickets, transcripts, and knowledge base entries exported in a format you can read. We aim for a couple of business days.

  2. Delete everything

    Close your account and we remove your data from production. Backups age out on a normal rotation.

  3. What we store about you

    A plain-language list of what we keep, why, and for how long. No legalese, no surprises.

  4. Sign legal terms

    On Enterprise, we can work out custom data-handling terms with your legal team. Just write to us.

The AI models that help draft replies.

When TicketCord drafts a reply, the message goes to one of the AI providers below to be answered. The providers have written commitments not to keep your data or train on it. Nobody else sees ticket content.
