Reviewing learned Q&A from Discord
Approve, edit, reject, or undo learned answers without leaving Discord - staff-only controls keep the knowledge base accurate.
Review without leaving Discord
When Atlas learns something new from a resolved ticket, the review controls appear right where your team already works - in Discord. Staff can act on a learned answer in place, without opening the dashboard.
The four actions
- Approve - the answer becomes searchable knowledge and Atlas can use it in future replies.
- Edit - open the answer in a modal, correct it, and save; the entry is stored as modified so you can see it was human-tuned.
- Reject - the pair is discarded and will not be suggested again.
- Undo - auto-approved entries can be pulled back out of the knowledge base at any time, removing the entry and its search index together.
Who can review
Review actions are staff-only and verified at runtime - a regular member pressing the buttons gets a polite refusal. That keeps the knowledge base a staff-curated space even in busy servers.
Where the queue comes from
Entries arrive here from autonomous learning: high-confidence pairs are auto-approved (and can be undone), uncertain ones wait for one of the actions above. Approved content is cited in answers like any other knowledge-base source.
