Change your plan or cancel
Plan changes, prorated billing, the EU withdrawal waiver, and what happens to your data after you cancel.
Upgrading or downgrading
Open Dashboard > Billing. Pick the plan you want. Stripe will prorate the difference automatically - if you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay only the prorated amount until your next renewal date.
Switching monthly ↔ yearly
Yearly billing is about 17% cheaper per month. Switching from monthly to yearly runs through Stripe’s standard proration, so any unused part of your current month is credited toward the yearly bill. Switching from yearly back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current yearly term - you don’t get an early refund.
The EU withdrawal waiver
If you’re in the EU, paid digital services normally give you a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because TicketCord activates immediately on payment, we ask you to explicitly waive that right at checkout. We send a written confirmation by email afterward - that’s your record.
Skipping the waiver means we hold off on activation for 14 days. Most customers waive it.
Cancelling
Open Dashboard > Billing > Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep paid features until then, and we don’t charge you again.
What happens to your data after cancel
Cancelling drops your plan, but your account and configuration stay in place - you just lose access to paid features and your bots fall back to the free tier limits. Nothing is deleted automatically on cancel; if you want your data removed entirely, request account deletion separately. Walk-through in Delete your account.
Want a copy of your tickets, transcripts, or knowledge base before deleting? Use Request your data export.
